KIFISSIAMETEO Station Location

The KIFISSIAMETEO Lighting & Storm Detector Station is located at Kifissia, Northern Athens, Greece in geographic coordinates: lat: 38o 04' 40" North, long: 23o 47' 45" East and local elevation 260 meters. The signal reception antenna is installed at the top of a 5 meters aluminium and PVC pole, over the tiles of a two-roof (11 meters) maisonette (total antenna-to-ground distance: 16 meters). The signal receiving appliance (Boltek Detector) and the other equipments are installed in the houses attic. In the images below the icon determine the KIFISSIAMETEO station absolute position.
